Inspiring kids to develop healthy habits today, to create a healthier tomorrow.
The Future Well Kids programme teaches kids ages 10-13 about noncommunicable (chronic) diseases and the ways that they can stay healthy and reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases later in life. Through an engaging standards-aligned curriculum, students are empowered to take charge of their own health as they learn about chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, while discovering how to reduce their risk of developing these diseases through body science, health, nutrition and healthy lifestyle education.
